London Economics, in collaboration with the Satellite Applications Catapult, has launched a survey of UK farmers on their use of certain types of technology on their farms, specifically satellite-enabled technologies. This survey will inform ongoing research that seeks to identify ways to facilitate the adoption of these technologies which can make farming more efficient, improve crop yield, and reduce the environmental impact.

We would like to invite all farmers in the UK to fill out this short online survey. The questions are all multiple-choice questions and the survey will only take 10 minutes to complete.

As a token of our appreciation, all farmers who complete the survey will be automatically entered into a free prize draw to win a cash prize of £250.

The survey is available at: http://surveys.londoneconomics.co.uk/s/agritech/

(A PDF version of the survey is available on request from Karen Hope at [email protected])
