London Economics’ were commissioned by Pearson to undertake research on role of BTECs in offering pathways into higher education. The analysis was based on Labour Force Survey data over 16 years and assessed the outcomes in university achieved by learners with BTEC qualifications, as well as the outcomes of these learners in the labour market post graduation.
