London Economics were commissioned by the Open University to undertake some detailed financial modeling of the fees and students support arrangements facing part-time students ahead of the Browne Review of higher education. The analysis illustrated the impact of a number of different fee assumptions and approaches to the funding of part time students to illustrate the impact on students/graduates, institutions and the Exchequer.
