Lauren graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University in 2025 with an MSc in Astrophysics, focusing on stellar evolution and mathematical and computational astrophysical concepts.

She has experience using programming languages such as Python and MATLAB to analyse large datasets, simulate astronomical phenomena, and develop numerical models to gain a deeper understanding of complex astrophysical processes. During her masters degree, she also co-authored a PhD thesis that focuses on the application of machine learning techniques to analyse the risk factors associated with latent autoimmune diabetes in adults.
