Katharina Knuth is an Economic Analyst at London Economics and a full-time member of the Space team. Since joining LE, she has been engaged in projects for EUSPA (on GNSS market share) and the UK Space Agency (on their Space Surveillance and Tracking system).

Katharina holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.Sc. in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and Charles University Prague. During her studies she developed experience using a range of research techniques, including data manipulation and cleaning, econometric modelling, and conducting literature reviews. Prior to joining LE, Katharina worked at the university as a research assistant and at the German central bank. Further, she worked within the macroeconomic research team of a major German investment bank, focussing on sustainability topics. These topics include analysing the economic impact of electric vehicles in Germany. Katharina is fluent in German and English.
