Greta is a Senior Economic Consultant at London Economics and specialises in education, labour markets, and childcare and early years. She has extensive experience in data analysis and econometric modelling as well as qualitative research.

Previously, Greta undertook the analysis for the Low Pay Commission to assess the impact of the National Living Wage on young people’s earnings, employment, and educational outcomes using the Longitudinal Education Outcomes (LEO) data, and conducted a study on the impact of education on UK labour market productivity for the Department for Education. She has also supported the Royal College of Nursing with modelling pay and workforce trends, and conducted several economic impact evaluations of UK higher education institutions. In addition, she contributed to multiple analyses of the childcare sector for clients including the Department for Education and the Nuffield Foundation.

She holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, a BSc in Economics from Maastricht University, and a PGCert in Applied Data Science from Birkbeck College, University of London.
