Ed Sellers is an Economic Consultant within the London Economics Space Team. Since joining the Space Team, Ed has worked across a variety of projects delivering economic analysis to clients within the public and private sectors. These projects have ranged from econometric impact evaluations and cost-benefit analyses of ESA funding programmes, presenting the economic case for earth observation data to manage coastal erosion in lower-income countries, to assessments of the market opportunity for new commercial services in the satellite communications and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) sectors.

Prior to moving to London Economics, Ed worked as a Senior Research Officer at the Centre for Economic Policy Research where he co-managed research grant-funding programmes funded by FCDO and focused on structural transformation and private enterprise in lower-income countries. Ed holds an MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
